FLORIDA APPROVED SALES ASSOCIATE  COURSE &
45 Hour POST Licensing Course - ONLINE VERSION

As a Florida approved school, we can now offer you the convenience of doing the course that will qualify you to get your real estate Sales Associate license from the comfort of your home or office (or one of our approved locations in New York State). Please read the following information carefully before you click onto the link below to register for the course.

There are TWO courses you can do on-line, the first is your "pre-licensing" course (syllabus/time-line noted immediately below), then the POST-45 hours required AFTER you earn your Sales Associate license. The syllabus for the POST-LICENSING course immediately follows the initial licensing course outline/syllabus.

The tuition fee for the On-Line Sales Associate Course is $299. The tuition for the Post-Licensing Course is $199.

If you have any questions about the course or general questions about Florida licensing before you enroll, feel free to call the school office at 716-639-9009 or 800-735-5395.

After you have enrolled, if you have questions relating to the course material, a licensed/certified Florida real estate instructor will be available for questions Monday through Friday between 9:00 am EST and 4:30 pm (EST). Just call the number above and you will be transferred to the on-line Florida instructor. You may also email the course instructor at "wnysre@aol.com" 24 hours a day. If you get our voice mail during normal business hours, that means we are tied-up on the other two lines. Therefore, LEAVE a message indicating your name, that you are enrolled in our Florida ON-LINE course and the phone number where you will be for the next several hours.  This instructor line is only available for students already enrolled in the course.

For Technical issues students can call TOLL FREE 888-213-5124 Monday through Friday between 8:00 A.M. CST & 9:00 P.M. CST. On Saturday and Sunday between 8:00 A. M. CST and 7:00 P. M. CST.

Emailed questions & concerns are handled 24 hours a day at "wnysre@aol.com" - with up to a 12 hour response time over the weekend and holidays. Mr. Brady is the Florida permitted instructor you will be speaking with.

INFORMATION THE STUDENT NEEDS TO KNOW BEFORE TAKING THIS COURSE

1. Once the student purchases this course, the student CANNOT get a refund OR credit of any sort.
2. This On-Line course does NOT require additional textbook support and NO additional course material is needed. Students can order the textbook as supplemental study material by calling us at (716) 444-8400 or (716) 639-9009. The textbook sells for $49.95 and includes shipping and handling charges.

4. If the student fails the On-Line end of course exam, the student has to wait more than thirty days or less than one year before the student can retake the end of course exam. The student will be able to have access to review the course until the student takes the end of course exam again at the 30 plus days waiting period. If the student fails the second time the student will need to retake the On-line course again and the student will need to pay the full tuition fee again. For students who live within commuting distance to the school, an in-class review program with a live instructor is available for an additional $150 (contact us for more information).

As a result, we recommend that you hand-write the various highlighed terms throughout the course, tape-record yourself and continually play this back while you're driving around and until you sit for the Florida State examination. Repitition will be the key to your success.
7. This On-Line Distance Learning course CANNOT be converted into an In-Class course of any type nor transferred to another person or potential student. You will definitely have to take notes and review your notes carefully to ensure your success with the program.
8. At the time of registration for the On-Line Distance course, the student will receive an e-mail with some infomation. In the e-mail will be an affidavit which will be needed to signed and faxed or mailed to WNY School of Real Estate at PO Box 702 E. Amherst NY 14051 (or faxed to: 413-502-6047).  The student will have to sign an affidavit stating: "I certify that I personally completed all assignments and have not duplicated any portion of the end-of-course examination".
