Cookies are used on this site to keep track of your login. Please follow this step by step procedure to turn them on if the site is not correctly working for you.

On the Internet Explorer Window:

1)Go to Tools on the top Menu Bar
2)Select Internet Options
3)Click the Privacy tab.
4)Click "advanced" make sure that "Always allow session cookies is checked.
5)Click ok
6)Click Apply
-If you are worried about privacy, Session cookies are deleted as soon as you close the Internet Explorer window. This should do it. If you are still having problems use the help menu on your browser window.
